providing a focus for microtonal music in the UK

creating a melting pot of practice, debate and inspiration

support us

Microtonal Projects is a not for profit organisation. Whilst we have been fortunate to receive funding from various grant-giving bodies, these resources are limited. Donations, therefore, are hugely important in helping us to continue. A substantial private donation helped us promote UKM1 and many smaller donations have assisted with the otherwise entirely unfunded Wild Dog Series. A further donation enabled us to commission the talented young Swiss composer Nadia Plein to write a piece for Stephen Altoft's ‘Yasser Collection’ series.

If you would like to donate or to sponsor a particular event or commission as a named sponsor, please us.

Microtonal Projects is a collective community of volunteers and any support offered goes 100 percent towards our projects. We are extremely grateful to have been supported by PRS, RVW Trust, Hinrichsen Foundation, Dutch Embassy, Riverhouse Arts Centre, and many individuals in the past.
